I've been eating the apples out of a leftover thanksgiving apple pie all day (avoiding the outside because of high fat content). But then I noticed there was mold growing on one of the pieces of apple! I don't know if I've been eating some with mold and didn't know it or not...help! Can this make me sick?

Just think of it as a little bit of penicillin I seriously doubt you'll get sick from ingesting a little bit of mold. I've done it before on accident, too. It didn't seem to bother me at all.

Thank-I'm so OCD and such a big baby! That made me feel a little better.

I didn't think it all the way through though. Maybe kill some mold...but also maybe get my ibs going. So far so good on the mold and ibs front for now!
