What's everyone's plans for Thanksgiving this year? Staying home here, just the 4 of us. Hoping to enjoy some stuffing, pie, and football.

I'll be online here, eating virtual whipped potatoes with gravy, and a big slab of virtual pumpkin pie with ice cream.
Maternal parent wants me to go to hers to see my 6 year-old nephew & soon-to-be divorced brother who has a lot of baby mama drama at the mo... tummy cramps up just thinking about it. He likes to spread the trauma around the family. I reeeally don't want to participate, but I've blown off turkey day for 2 years now... I might be due. I've been practicing changing the subject all week. Getting pretty good at it.
Hm, virtual pecan pie + ice cream + pumpkin pie + ice cream sandwiched together. *mmm* Yes, a much better alternative.

It's just my husband and I this year, so we're going out for Thanksgiving, but Saturday we're going to visit his grandparents.

DH and I are having a friend and her 6-year old daughter over tomorrow. We're cooking a YUMMY tofu roast from the "La Dolce Vegan" cookbook, Heather's stuffing, and Heather's double decker sweet potato pecan pie!! YUM!!! So we'll be having a vegan Thanksgiving

You'll have to post your tofu-roast. I keep looking for something. Figure I'm just eating all the sides...
