I had jury duty today. Ate breakfast before I left home. This is good. Had a bagel when we took a break. Didn't think I needed lunch 90 minutes later, so all I ate was carrots. By 3:30, I am slightly nauseous, headachy, light-headed, and listing to the most boring evidence EVER, and too lethargic to even think about chewing my own arm off from hunger.
That was dumb. At least I'm stable, but I don't know why I thought skipping a meal was a good idea when I know my hunger signal is broke half the time. Dinner is very, very soon at least.

I probably would have done the same thing. If I have something or somewhere that I have to be in the morning or even afternoon, I don't eat either. I don't want to have to deal with finding a bathroom in a moments notice. You were very brave for even attempting jury duty. I got my doc to write me a note that I have IBS and anxiety so I didn't have to participate!
