a co-worker of mine found out they have cancer. Everyone here today is real bummed he's only 29

yeah...we are all hoping they caught it early enough. He works in my department. I just can't concentrate today on getting anything done. He's not here today because he had to go to the doctor and find out more.

He got some good news at the Dr. appointment. The cancer he has is extremely treatable. I'm just shocked that cancer struck him. He eats healthy, exercises all the time, is a good person....like one of my other co-workers said "cancer doesn't care about that." Thankfully so far...the outlook for him looks good.

It's been a long time since I've posted, but I had to get in on this one...

I HATE cancer. My baby (5 years old) was diagnosed last November with Neuroblastoma cancer. He has since gone through 9 rounds of chemo, a bone marrow stem cell transplant, and 17 radiation treatments. My wife has been staying with him at St. Judes in Memphis for the last year. I am hoping to finally bring them home at the end of this month.
