Ive been reading all the advice on this site and trying different supplements to see if any help. i suffer with terrible bloating and wind (bubbles in my tummy) and i've recently brought Fibersure, silly me didnt read properly though as this is not the best as it contains inulin :-( any suggestions of a similar product that doesnt contain any of the bad ingredients and thats also available in the UK, any one?

Just read some old threads and found out about benefiber, stocked in my local sainsburys! thanks guys you've helped me loads and you dont even know it! :-)

How have you found Benefiber? I haven't managed to find it locally yet but will try Sainburys soon.

Hi - I from the UK too. I have seen Benefiber for sale in my local (smallish) Boots store. However, I order Acacia from Heather's website. I have been using it for a year. It's good value but the postage is what puts up the cost. But it has really helped me so I think it's worth it.
