Hi,
It seems like forever since I've been on - spring and summer were very busy for me. Surprisingly, though, I've been doing wonderfully, IBS-wise. I feel great and most of the time I don't even notice I've got it. Between April and now I've had exactly one attack, caused by stress and lack of sleep, and I was fine in less than 12 hours. Occasionally I get a little gassy or some very mild contipation, but that's about it.
In July, I attended the Oregon Bach Festival composers symposium and had a terrific time, followed by some vacationing in Oregon with my husband (Crater Lake is amazing). Then we moved to a new apartment (still in Boston). It's much nicer than our old place: better neighborhood, much bigger, a private porch, built-in air conditioning, newer appliances, tons of closet space.
I hope everyone is doing okay.
