What are your favorite teas? I love peppermint, fennel, honey peach ginger (celestial seasonings), tummy mint (cs), bengal spice (thakns Heather and MAgs for this one! cs), chamomile, nana tea (an Israeli tea I think)...what can I say, I'm addicted!

So, I need you to help feed my addiction by making suggestions for other teas I should try!

Happy Thursday!

I like alot of the Yogi Teas. They have a website where you can get free samples. They are all organic and made for different ailments. www.yogitea.com I think. They have a tummy comfort one which is great!

I was going to say Yogi teas too. My friend got me hooked on Twilight Mint. I love that stuff.

I love peppermint and Mint Magic (a mixture of peppermint, spearamint, and some other spices). I also love Eastern Shores' decaf Tiger Chai, and Rooibis, which makes great decaf chai lattes!

TAZO makes good peppermint teas and ginger teas. I also love Choice organic peppermint! Chai Spice (green and black varieties) made by Stash are awesome!

This is from the Stash webpage:

Green Chai Spice:
A green tea version of our rich, delicious Chai Spice with cinnamon, sarsaparilla, ginger root, and cloves.

Chai Spice:
Spicy, aromatic blend of black teas, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, clove and cardamom

I copied this from the Tazo webpage:

Tazo Chai:
Tazo Chai is a blend of dark Indian black teas, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and cardamon, black pepper, and natural sweeteners. Mix half and half with milk for a rich, exotic twist on hot tea. The spicy flavor is countered by the warm (SOY -- lol) milk, and a hint of honey or brown sugar is nice. On a cold, cold, day this tea will both warm you and wake you. It has caffeine, so for drinking near bedtime, try the decaffinated version we also sell.

Shanna, you rock!

Can you buy these teas in the regular store or in a health food store only? (I imagine it just depends on the store...?)

Thanks for doing some research for me! I wouldn't have known where to look! LOL

So, when shall I have you for tea?

I've seen Stash brand tea in the regular store but I can't verify the Chia tea. The Tazo I have seen in certain stores but not others. I guess you will have to just look next time you go. I know, I am such a big help.
