Letter to give to people to understand IBS?

Hello everyone, I have not been on the message boards for a while but am now having an extremely severe IBS attack. It has not been this bad for many years. I am in the middle of a very very stressful personal situation and am atributing it to that. Question: Does any recall or know where to find a letter that I once saw that was directed to give to people in order for them to understand IBS. Family members, friends. Thankyou, Debbie W. IBS complete bloating and spasms

I've made numerous copies for myself and for a girl at work to give her boss. It sums it up perfectly!!!

Even gave it to my hubby for "reading material" just to reidderate my IBS issues. (even though he's gone through this with me for as long as I've had it which is almost 20 years!!!!
