We just had Ava's 6 month pics done today! I am so happy with them. I couldn't choose and of course spent way too much but I think you will all agree they were worth it!

Well, now I feel totally bad for not having ANY professional pics of Mia! I'm a bad mom! I think I will go this week and do it. I've been meaning to, but I just never got around to it. I take a thousand pictures a week but I need some nice professional ones too.

Ok, so just how many outfits did you have to bring for her???? She obviously looks like she cooperated with all the changes. There is not a single picture that she looked unhappy. OMG she's just the cutest thing.
What's the name of the picture place you had them done at?
My sister just had her son's pictures done at at place called "Portrait People or Portrait something....anyway they told her to bring a couple outfits to change into. Then the lady told each of us that we could get some pics done too and for us to bring a change of clothes. Needless to say, we were lucky my 4 year old nephew cooperated to have about 100 pics taken of him then we(my sister, mom, and I)got pics done of ourselves. They turned out really great. Honestly we left there with, no lying, at least 200 pics for $160.00. They were a wonderful place to deal with.
Now we need to see some professional ones of the little guy. He's gotta be getting so big! Oh and I think Ava looks like you Angela  .

Oh...what a cutie. I love those chunky little arms. All of my babies were like that. I loooove it. Just gotta kiss 'em! Serena's still so small that she spends most of her time with her eyes closed. I love that little window of time I have with her that they're open.

Don't feel bad...I got some pics when my first was a year and then didn't do it for my second. Now THAT'S bad!  But I was also in a bad place at the time. Seems like a lifetime ago.
Just keep up with those photo albums! I didn't and a couple weeks ago I started putting them back together starting with the year 2000! Ugh... a lot of work. Now that's some real guilt!

Oh I could have done so many more outfits! I think it was 3 outfits and then the diaper pic. She was so good through the whole thing. I had portrait innovations do the pics. But that place you were talking about sounds alot cheaper than what I spent! I think we have one of those close by. THanks for saying Ava looks like me! Not many people do! I'll have to load some of NOah's pics up. I got a few done with him and Ava but didn't load them up yet!

Thanks! How is your little one doing? Are you getting much sleep? Is nursing going any better? Whoever said nursing was easy was sooo wrong. I only nursed Noah 8 weeks and Ava 10weeks. Neither one did well enough on my milk. I don't think it was nurishing enough!

I'm still having a tough time. I was healing up but then it got bad again. I'm pumping for 48 hrs to see how it goes and then maybe another 24 if I need to. We'll see. It makes me sad that I'm having such a hard time with it.

Well don't feel too bad if it doesn't work. I beat myself up over it with Noah but the doc told me that the first 6weeks are the most important with the nutrients you give them and then after that it was more econimically than anything. With Ava I knew I did it for the amount of time needed for her to get my antibodies. I know that people say after 3 months it so much easier. With being an elementary teacher I knew I wouldn't have any privacy to pump so I finished before I went back to work.

SO CUTE!!! I've already got "baby brain" and you guys aren't making it any easier!! It seems like SO FAR AWAY until we can start trying even though it's only a few months.
