I had this annoying little junk in my e-mail box. Apparently, someone just has too much time on their hands:
"my god all you readers and posters on helpforibs.com are nothing but a bunch of whiners. I can't eat this i can't that, get off the damn site! don't spend your waken hours looking for that miracle for IBS; it doesn't exist. and if you haven't notice my email addres is heatherisascamer because she is!"
I should ignore the troll, but I'm tempted to respond anyway.

But not any in the last few months. I think they use a couple different emails. We went back and forth a few times and then s/he gave up. They did note that they tried Heather's diet, if I remember correctly, for "a few weeks" and it didn't work for them. Also, they mentioned that I should move on with my life because they did. Obviously not, if s/he is still here digging for e-mails and bothering people.
Obviously, whoever it is peruses the boards. So again, I say to them, that fiery spirit of yours and bullheaded determination could be used for some real good. Find some direction, and if you need help, ask. If you don't like what Heather has offered, that's okay. But quit the childish attacks. You're not changing anyone's mind.

Yeah, I thought the email sounded familiar... I'm thinking it's the same person I had exchanges with a year or so ago. Seriously, dude - whoever you are - get a life!
I'm not understanding why this person is sending emails like that to people who are on the diet and having SUCCESS with it. We feel great! How on earth would some stupid random spam change our minds about what works? Just don't get it.
