Question about Heather's Tummy Fiber       #306417 - 05/02/07 03:01 PM Edit Reply Quote vickieinalabama Reged: 05/02/07 Posts: 14 I don't believe I have IBS but have dealt with constipation for as long as I can remember. I recently had lower back surgery for a severely herniated disk and noticed the constipation had become worse so I started on Citrucel (which I hated) and then I found this web site and ordered some of the tummy fiber. I had been taking 3 tbsp of the orange stuff ( 1tbsp 3 times a day) and began taking an equal amount of the tummy fiber in its place. It's working but I am often bloated and gassy and sometimes a litte nauseated and am wondering if I should cut back to see if that helps. Would it have been better to gradually increased the dosage until I was taking an equal amount to what I was taking of the orange stuff? Thank you so much for any help you can give!
