Crazy, weird question

The reason for my strange postings, has been, I think, the wedding jitters that I am experiencing and therefore, I am more sensitive to all things digestive. (And I've been worrying a lot!) Anyway,I've noticed (and this has been for years) that when I am constipated or need to go, if I lay on my belly watching TV or something like that, it feels like I have fullness, like a knot or something to the left of my belly button until I go to the bathroom. And sometimes, it's not even there, especially if I am regular. Do you think that is something to worry about? I've had plenty of abdominal exams and nobody finds anything, so I don't think it's a tumor or something. Has anyone experienced this? Just wondering.

Consider massaging your belly. Start above your belly button and move counter clockwise lightly massaging your belly. Chances are the knots you are feeling are gas bubbles or poops. My friend is a massage therapist...learning this was a blessing for me.
