Well, after doing a new MRI and EEG, the doctor told us that Ollie's brain is perfectly fine. So all of his organs have healed from his birth and he is a normal, healthy baby. We are so very relieved and happy.

My son and his wife had preemy twins (1.9 ounces) 3 years ago so I can really understand how much relieve and joy you must be feeling. It's nice to hear that things are looking up for you.

Thanks for the update Jennie! I'm so glad Ollie is fine. I knew he would be. Doctors I think, tend to panic and give you worse case scenerio's! Hate when they do that. You worry for nothing. Now you can get some sleep

What a relief! As being a new parent wasn't stressful/exhausting enough already. (And wonderful of course). Anyway I'm really happy for you and your little guy. When my daughter was born she was taken away for the 1st six hours to be monitored for infection. Not the same as your situation obviously - but it was scary for us and hard to accept that things wouldn't go as we had hoped. So, when I read your first post about Ollie, I really felt for you. Glad it all turned out okay -
