I'm 33. I'm not wanting to use one as a "fix" or anything, just to clean myself out before some play with my partner. thanks. You know, I'm really not sure... but speaking from my own experience, I tried an enema *once* and I was miserable and crampy afterwards. I had done it as a "fix", but I can tell you that the last thing I'd have wanted to do at that point is play. I'd skip it, personally. The enema, that is. Not the fun stuff. It actually will cause spasms and will make the bowels contract.
