Nope - just the whites - I threw the yolks away -
Though some of the other ingredients weren't IBS-safe for everyone

Just finished my lunch: Chicken chili with cornbread topping (it's kind of like a southwestern-style potpie) Green tea
It was yummy.

Roasted turkey on Italian bread with onion mustard Peppermint tea 2 Sno Krisp rice cookies 4 Hersey's Kisses (I needed a chocolate break today!)
Not all that exciting, but it's IBS friendly!

Not feeling so great today, but I'll probably have some ginger lemon tea with blueberry waffles (Van's vegan/wheat free).

I had a big ol' salad (lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, scallion, hard-boiled egg, homemade fat-free virtually-no-calorie Italian dressing) and a slice of whole wheat lite bread.
I know - that much IF would kill a lot of people, but I thrive on it!

Like most ofmy meals... white food. This ulcer diet is boring. I had over cooked chicken breast with undercooked ziti. Tonight they made me a unseasoned soup of chicken, rice and potato. Believe it or not it was good. I am sick of white food.

I haven't had them since high school, when a friend of mine brought some back with her from a trip down south. They were even stale by then, and they were still really good. Salty, sweet, crunchy, chocolate... the ultimate PMS food, haha.

No offense, but that sounds pretty gross to me. I've never been a big chocolate fan though, and I don't much care for potato chips (with few exceptions). Still, I've never tried them, so I shouldn't judge those poor, sweetly salted, crunch-a-lific treats.
