If I could I would give you a shoulder to lean on, and be a friend quietly walking at your side. My wife and I will pray for your father.

I'm so sorry to hear this Casey. Life will be difficult for a time, but take solace that soon he will feel peace, and free of pain. My prayers go out to your dad, you, and your family.

Casey,

I am so very sorry for you and your family. I know it must just be terrible to have to be the one to make decisions like this. I hope for your fathers sake he goes quickly and doesn't suffer to much. My prayers are with him and hugs are on the way for you and your family. Just remember the good times and cherish those forever.

God Bless
Terry

I'm so terribly sorry to hear this, Casey. I hope your family can be with you today when you sign the papers taking your dad off life support - it's a hard thing to do alone. I'll be holding your dad and you in my thoughts - may you both find peace.

I am so sorry, I don't know what else to say but I'm sorry. Please know that my heart is w/you & your family. Remember that even though it's causing so much emotional pain for you & your family, your dad's pain & struggle is coming to an end, he'll be pain-free & peaceful for the first time in months. He's been through so much, he deserves to rest from now on. That thought helped me through the grief when my grandmother died, hope it helps you too.
