I went to my doctor this morning to talk about my insomnia, weight gain and IBS problems. She put me on Lunesta for my insomnia and is running some blood work tests next week to make sure nothing else is wrong to be causing my recent problems.
She also wants me to lose 10 pounds by next follow-up appointment, which is in eight weeks. 
Time to crack down and get myself back in shape.
