Ultrasound today

Had my ultrasound today and all is well. I'm in my 7th week as I thought. Due date is 6-6-07. It was such a cool feeling to see babies heartbeat. I'd forgotten how neat that was. DH was really excited. They said everything looks good so....I'm okay.

Funny thing....I've had my fortune told many times, in many ways and they've all said 3 or 4 boys. So I was nervous till they said they only saw one! But I thought it was all a bunch of hooey after I got divorced but it never occured to me that I might have more later with another man!
Told my boys tonight. They're so excited. Logan (7 1/2) said, "Omigosh...you did IT? When did you do that? Where? Upstairs in the dark under the covers?" I was laughing so hard. My mom and stepdad were there at the time and we just couldn't believe that. How funny.

6-6 is a good birthday. It's my dad's. Or my grandma's. I forget. But either way, that's an auspicious day to be due. Of course, they never come on their due dates!
Hmmm... you know, I have zero ability to guess the sex of other people's babies. So I'll just say I'm glad he or she looks healthy and has a good heartbeat!
And I'm glad your other kiddos are excited!

I'm not much on surprises so I'll find out. There will be plenty of other surprises that go with little babies. While it would be nice to have a girl, and I'll be happy with either, I'm kind of hoping for another boy. I love little boys and well, I already know how they work. That would be more comfortable for me. Yes, they're all different. Lord knows both of my little guys are about as different as they can get!
The hard part now is that we've been trying to sell our house to no avail. There is absolutely no room for a baby here so, we need to get that done. That's first and foremost on my mind right now.
Sooooo tired!
