This may seem rather simple, but I need some suggestions/ideas or something. I am just having one of those "off" days - stomach is not feeling quite right and I'm not sure whether it will lead to anything in particular (D or C, pain, etc.). I couldn't stay home from work and I have a rather busy day. Any ideas for a good way to deal with it? I'm pretty stressed out, so I know that that isn't helping either, but the stress of worrying about how my stomach my go today is also making it worse. Argh...I hate days like this...

Therma care makes a heating wrap for menstraul cramps that you put inside your panties and helps to relax the muscles. If you wear a sweater or a longer shirt no one can tell. I use them all the time at work! Be sure to drink plenty of water and nibble small amounts of safe food all day, graham crackers are my favorite. Feel better.

Hot herbal tea! I keep a box of chamomile tea bags in my desk at work for this very reason.
