It's been two weeks and I'm feeling good!

Hi everybody....sorry I haven't been in here much....just resting and healing from my hysterectomy surgery. This past Thursday was the two week mark. I went back to work that day for a half day. Yesterday I was able to work a full day without being too tired. I was tired, but didn't overdo it.
I am noticing some improvement in my IBS as well as my attitude, mood, etc. I'm actually feeling good. Although sore still from the surgery. But all in all, I'm doing good and have to keep reminding myself not to do too much too soon or I'll be sorry. It takes a full 6 weeks or more to fully recover from this surgery. I'm looking forward to feeling better with each new day.
I hope all of you are doing well and I send each of you lots of {{{{{{hugs}}}}}}. Thanks so much for being here for me.

Just remember to take it easy. I've seen a lot of people have hysterectomy's and think they feel well enough to go back to their regular schedules and then they find out they can't cause they tire so easy. Sounds like you have been watching yourself and taking it easy though.

Wow! You're already back to work! You must be feeling good! That is phenominal!! My mom was off for 8 weeks and that was without any complications! Good for you!
