Hi All,
I've slowly slipped out of the habit of posting here or even visiting much, so I thought I'd say a real goodbye instead of just rudely disappearing. My IBS has been totally under control for almost two years now, and work keeps me so busy that I don't have much time to come on here to chat with everyone. I keep in touch with some of you via email and of course would love to continue that. I wish everyone the best with their health, their love lives, their babies, and their jobs.

you know, I've debated doing the same. i'm feleing so good with my IBS and know how to control it now. It's like we come here to heal each other and release ourselves when we are done. That's great, and libre!!!
