I have unfortuanltely been told this "it is all in my head" and I know that it is not true. It is so unfair to be treated like that. I recall somewhere that it was talked about being just like sensitive skin - how people are born like this and that mostly they can avoid triggers and try and treat it. Any help is most appreciated.
