Is it possible to send a private email to Heather? Does she read all of these posts? Just curious. i still have problems but can't believe how much better i am since finding this site-it's awesome. I am with all of you, it's hard to go places knowing someone is going to serve what all of us IBS'ers label as "triggers". UGH!

I agree. This site is so informative. In just a few days I've learned so much. The Fish Oil makes sense, did you guys read that. Friends of mine suggested I get off the "grain" breads. I ate a plain bagel this morning and had a better day. Don't you think Heather should be on the Oprah Show?

oh definitely get rid of the grains. i think that's even in heather's books. i tried a sandwich on wheat bread and ugh...never again. i now know it's that! plus it was the 7 grain type bread (not strictly wheat I guess)
