Hi Everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself since it's my first day on the boards. I recently bought Eating for IBS and The First Year. The light skimming I've done through the books has given me such encouragement! I've been trying to manage IBS on my own for 7 years now and as you know, it gets discouraging, especially when no one seems to understand. I'm so glad to have found a place that's so supportive

I can't wait to get to know everyone!
