Ooh have a good time! I always wanted to go to camp...though I guess now that I think about it I did do some shorter camps like you are. Well I hope you have a fabulous time and can find plenty of safe things to eat!

Howdy there Honey Mix. Going to girls camp!! That's great for you. I have been going to camp with the young women from our church for the last 5 years, and helping around the camp sites. They always eat so well at camp.

Besure to talk one of your leaders!!!

If you have not told your youth leaders about your ibs I suggest that you do that. Explain to them what you can eat, and let them know what trigger foods are really bad for you. I am sure that you will find them helpful if you let know what they can do. And besure to take some items that you can munch on during your stay there.

In fact our young women will be going to camp this coming week and I will be there for a couple days. Nice and dry out here in Wyoming right now, and the weather looks to be good.

Number one thing about camp ... is to have fun! Have a good time.

Do visit with one of your leaders this Sunday.

hi that's sooo cool
I went to a thing in England called Harvest which is like a Christian festival thing where you camp out- oh my gosh it was soo much fun, eating brekkie in the fresh air and going to morning prayers and getting a massage hehee so cool
although the COLD showers were NOT FUN!! lol so I really hope you get better weather than we did cos our tent blew down lol I came out of one of the meetings to find half the tent collapsed and I was left hanging on to it on my own lol oh the fun
well hope you have a great time:D and don't worry about ibs you'll be fine I'm sure while eating safe

Yes, I am. I am serving as 1st counselor in the bishopric, and that's why I am involved in young women's camp. Hope that you have a good time at camp. Let me know how it goes. My wife and I are going to be at our yw's camp for two days and nights later this week. The weather here is supposed to nice, but in the Rockies it can get cold almost any time.

Besides that ... how's your puppy doing?

My wife read your posts. She thinks that YOU are pretty cool.

You have a good time Honey Mix, and let us know how it went for you in camp. You will have to tell us about the skits, and activities you do there. Have fun!!

But take care of your ibs, and don't eat too many things you shouldn't!

Be patient with Kali ... show her lots of love and she'll be a great friend to you.

Honey Mix, How was your camping trip with the other young women? Hope you had some fun and learned a few things and that you got your camp book signed off. And how was your ibs? Did your leaders help you out?

My wife and I went to camp Thursday and Friday and at night it got down to 34 degrees. It was too cold!! Hope your weather was warmer!!

It was Great I got my first year stuff signed off and wwe saw One deer and a mouse in our Cabin all the leaders and the girls freaked out I wanted to get the mouse before them so they wouldn't kill it. But that didn't happen I didn't hardley go up at camp but when I got home I had really bad IBS-D other than my terrifying CAnoe experiance on the lake it was good
The wind Blew my friend's and I canoe away altheway across the lake

Hey!! Sounds like you did have a good time. Although being blown across the lake must have been really scary. I don't like being in water where I can't see the bottom, so it would have been really bad for me. You didn't tip over the canoe did you? That would have all right if it was warm.

Do you know what kind of deer that you saw? Was it a Mule Deer or White Tail?

And getting all your first year signed off!!! Good for you, you must have done some real work at camp.

Sorry about you having ibs-d, but at least your time in camp was good.

Now keep up the good work and work on your young woman values. You will learn many things that will help you through this life.

Good job sister!!

And it's good to know that there is another person of my faith out there. Thanks for posting.
