A group I am in is having their annual auction tonight, and it's at Old Country Buffet...an IBSer's and a WW's bad dream...and I'm both. 
(Yeah, I know. Not a high class place, but the thinking is OCB affordable.)
I didn't go last year because I wasn't stable. This year, I have no excuse.
I'm sure I'll be able to find something...I hope. Not looking for advice, just wanted to gripe.

gripe all ya like! lol
they have more and more baked items there.... chicken, roasted turkey, baked white & sweet potato, fish, turkey dogs.... you will find something....
