Thanks.
I'm really looking forward to my trip. I'll be heading your way as well to visit my friend in London for a weekend. I haven't seen her in 15 years. I've never been to England so that'll be an adventure. AND, I'm going to try to cross the border there at least for a day to get to France. I teach French as well as Spanish but have never been to France. I've gotta get there!!

Thanks again for your help!!!

No problem, happy to help! Hope you have a great time - when are you leaving? It'll be so great to see your friend after so long!!

I'm not a MASSIVE London fan myself, though I've been probably about 20 times. I love certain parts of it and hate the rest!! My favourite city to go out in in the UK is Manchester I think, tho it's been that long since I've had a night out on the tiles I can barely remember...

Ooh, how are you planning to get over to France? Personally I like to fly, but second choice would be a ferry because the idea of the Channel Tunnel freaks me out for some reason!!

I'm flying out of here on July 1. I won't be coming home till the 23rd or 24th...I forgot. I'm going to fly from Spain to England. As far as France, I don't know yet. I'll be in Bilbao (in the Basque region) so being in the NE side of Spain, I'll be so close it'll be hard not to go.

England is probably like many large cities...there's some really neat things to see and then there's the typical big city life which isn't always all that great. I'm not a big city gal myself. I looove New York but I don't think I could live there full time. It's nice to visit. I wish I had more time in England but I'll be busy studying in Spain. Gonna be staying in the dorms. I'll feel like a kid again!

I got my blue cord and it plugs into the router on my computer and up came the internet and my Outlook was even configured properly (ha ha...I did it myself!).

When I was in Corporate America I had an IT department...Lord how I miss those people!

Definitely - maybe after like my 3rd or 4th session we could meet up after the session? Hitting the Trafford Centre sounds good to me! Tho since you work there maybe that wouldn't excite you so much...
