Texas was great. Very hot but when I got home it was 92 and so humid I couldn't bear it! The heat just isn't the same in Texas....it's much drier.
So, I have a question for you Texans. How is it that you get accustomed to the heat but you can also stand the freezing cold air conditioning in the restaurants and bars? I had to walk around with a long sleeved shirt around my waist so that when I went indoors I didn't get frostbite! But then the Texan gals were wearing tank tops and shorts. I don't get it!
BTW, good to be back. I missed y'all on my few days off the internet. Boy did I have some catching up to do! Sheesh.

When I go out, I usually have a jacket which I lose until I go into a bldg (office buildings are notoriously cold here), I put my jacket on.
It is humid in Houston...usually over 90%...my skin looks great but my hair resembles that of Mufasa from the Lion King!

Thanks. Actually, I was on my honeymoon and my DH caught me blowdrying my hair and I was making a goofy pose for what had already seemed to be the 100th photo. I didn't really think it would even come out. And now it's one of my more favorite pics. Funny how that works, huh? Say cheeeeese!
