Watermelon, honey dew melon and canteloupe, chilled
Homemade Vanilla ice cream
Caffiene - as in soda! (Coke, for you southerners)
More melon
More melon
Hamburgers

I have probably gained 10 pounds, and suffice it to say, C is no longer my problem!

Any others brave enough to confess to a WONDERFUL weekend?!?!

I also had some no-no's including pizza and ice cream. Could be why my tummy is so wonky.

Oh ya, add 2 beers and an extra large margarita to that.

I was bad, very bad.

3 Corona Extra
about 250 bites of a chocolate thing with choc icing
okra and tomatos
rice salad

the only healthy thing I ate was BBQ cicken

I have probably gained 15lbs from those darned Coronas.

How bad is alcohol for IBS? I turned 21 about 2 weeks ago and haven't partaken yet. Mainly cause I don't want to do something that will knock me flat. I'm not talkin about goin to frat kegers, just one or two with the guys down at the bar.

But who can resist homemade icecream (espcially served with homemade chocolate poundcake?) Did I mention that earlier?

oh boy, was a a NAUGHTY girl this weekend!

A real cow burger with real cheese!
A huge bowl of fruit salad-usually semi safe
Several helpings of not so safe potato salad
chunks of real cheddar and swiss cheese
real deviled eggs
a cheesy brat
a slice of strawberry pie with REAL ice cream
more drinks of frozen berry cosmo than I can remember!!!

I spent all day yesterday and this morning in the potty so I think I pooped out most of the added calories!! Aw well, it was a heck of a party though! Last guest didn't leave until 4am!!!!!!! I haven't seen the otherside side of midnight in ages!!

I was away on vacation and check this out..

Thurs night- Cheeseburger and coronas

Friday night- Ham and Wine

Saturday night- Beef Tenderloin and even more wine

Sunday night- Bratwurst and Coronas and icecream

hahaa I was a bad bad girl this weekend. Luckily I didn't really have too many attacks.. which is good. Although I did probably gain a trillion pounds.

OMG, Spicy! Beef, dairy, beer...that sounds like a formula for pain! (I do okay with pork.) I give you the gold ribbon!

I had some tiramasu and a little nougatina Friday night that hurt some the next day and some wine yesterday. So, not too bad, but I'm sure I'll have my day sometime this summer.

beer gives me D almost immediately but white wine works OK, not exactly a frat boy drink though. If you are going to drink make sure you do it on a full tummy or it will really hurt.

today was our cookout. It was planned that way because Monday here was sooooooo hot. Unfortunately we had Mac and cheese for dinner last night. I don't even like the way they make it here, but I was hungry. I immediatley got a beach ball belly. What bothered me the most is for the first time since I have been here, the cook out was going to have something other that hot dogs and hamburgers and chicken legs. (Every Thurs. all summer) They had WHITE meat chicken, kielbasa, italian sausage, and london broil. I was so afraid to eat. My gall bladder was twinging. I had a piece of chicken, a piece of sausage and a taste (oh, what a good taste) of kielbasa. No cole slaw, no potato salad. Then later we had cake. I had a piece, but not frosting.
So far so good, although the gall bladder is still twinging.

Yup, me too....
I was in Texas and had the yummiest breakfast at a Mexican joint: 2 scrambled eggs, refried beans, home fries, tortilla and fresh OJ. 45 min later I was back in the hotel with D like crazy....and I'm a C! But it was yummy!

Say Dan, What you be interested in doing some brook trout
fishing sometime in the near future. I just have to find out
the locations of some key super spots to fish from a friend
of mine. I want to bring a bunch of fish to the Midwest
Regional Get Together in August. -Bob

WOW! I started drinking at 13/14 not drank for two years though (20 now...can start drinking here at 18 though)
Its not that tasty anyway so your not missing much...appart from a dodgy tum and a hangover...less than a glass upsets mine. some people can handle it though, take imodium before you try it if you can.

P.S. For those who do drink what do they find safest?

Within the past 4 days I've had way too much red meat. Cheeseburgers, steaks, chicken (which isn't bad), chilli fries.
Ice cream, chocolates which my BF ids trying to help me stay away from since I've gained 10 pounds (which I needed).

Kinda getting down on my weight too. It's stupid really, since I only weigh 110. But I'm so scared of gaining all the weight that I lost back. Oh, well, got to be careful.

Last night I was good for the first time all weekend. Had chicken with salsa, rice, & sweet potatoe. leftovers for lunch today.

Hope you guys are well, just wanted to check in & say hi!
Yeah, I'm at the library...

Kinda getting nervous about tomorrow, first day at new job!
Miss ya!, Kiwi
