 So after reading a few of your posts i realized,DUH, you two are a couple!!!! I guess that is what happens when you leave the board for about a year and then try to jump back into the conversations.I remember Tommy when i was on this board before and i think i remember Sara,but i was so excited to read that you two are a couple and met thru this board.That is soooooooo cool!!! So give me the details, how did this all start and when is the big day?!!!! How exciting!!!

We met online on this site obviously. We fell in love online, met up in person and had fireworks, amazing chemistry and we hit it off like we've been best friends for ages!!! So we then started dating long-distance for seeveral motnhs(I was in Canada.) He proposed to me on Aug. 28, 2006 and of course I accepeted.
We got married on Jan 4 '06 at a civil ceremony here in Ny but we're having a outdoor weddingceremony with a reception on June 9. There will be 55 of our closest friends and family (including a bunch from Canada!!!).

we are still to finalise the time details but we will be meeting in the LIVING ROOM for cocktails.....anyone can attend...must get here prompt though...little black dress and diamonds is the dress code   Will keep you posted!

Well Congrats on the wedding!!! I just love hearing how people met and fell in love. My husbands brother is getting married in July and they are having the gift opening the next day in our backyard,so i have been stressing about getting my yard in great shape for the event,possibly renting a canopy tent too,the thought of all those people being in my house/yard has me anxious already!!

if I hadnt have got IBS I would never have met any of you lot(some in person) you are all such amazing people....and its so weird but I do consider you friends...isnt it mad to think some of us have never even met and yet we know so much about one another...I know when I stayed in dublin with sinead(cailin) last year with nelly it was the weirdest experience of my life....it was like we had known each other for years...no need for introductions, nothing...we just started talking normal as if we'd only seen each other the day before and Ive learnt so much from everyone....some of you have had to go through so much in your lives....you are all inspirations!

I agree. I've met Tommy, Dalia and Nelly through this site. All are super cool people! ha ha Nelly has met SO many people on this site. Go Nelly! 
And those that I haven't met, I already feel like I know (like you, Sinead, Stephie, Blondie, Shell, Spicey, Casey, Augie, Shannon, Michele, Ruchie, Jaime, Bevy, etc... loads more, a lot of newbies too!). It's VERY COOL!!!

I think an online party sounds devine!! I may miss though  as I have 12 days until my own wedding and by Friday who knows what plans I'll be making for things I forgot to do!!
Can anyone loan me diamonds? I still am waiting for my engagment ring!! (Thomas said once he has a full time job.) I'm not worried, I've got the guy, who needs the ring!

That's so true, Nat, I really feel the same!!! We just picked up where we left off on the boards and it was such a great experience I can't wait to do it again!
I'm getting seperation anxiety thinking about being in southeast Asia with no internet connection for 2 and a half weeks...! A E-cocktail reception for Tina and Tommy is agreat idea, I def want to drop by!!

I will drink my new favourite drink (champagne and pureed strawberry cocktail) wear designer clothes and spoil Tina rotten! Maybe a spa day followed by a virtual night on the tiles in NYC- SATC style?? I am SO there!

I haven't quite freaked out yet, but it's getting close! I just wrote time cards this morning and realized it was my last one with Kossila, the next will say Elvish, stuff like that. It's my last weekend as a "single" gal, it's funny! Time FLIES!!!!!!!
