Well, I've been having severe pain attacks this week with my IBS...taken pain meds twice...because I wound up playing ambulance to the ER for my MIL the other day. My son had an episode in his sleep lastnight that was errily similar to his seizures, so I didn't sleep any and then got to work and found out my grandmother has had a heart attack and is in congestive heart failure and my uncle that lives with and takes care of her, was taken to the hospital at the same time with numbness on the left side of his body and they haven't found the cause. Ruled out heart attack and stroke, but no cause yet.
When it rains it pours!!! My tummy is NOT happy!! I'd appreciate your good thoughts and prayers. I have no idea what I'm facing!! Not to mention, I'm still trying to help DH over the finish line with his degree. Mercy!!

That's a lot to have going on at once!! Try and hang in there....and if you get a chance with everything happening you should take a day (or evening even) just to yourself. Have a hot bath and watch a good movie and just try to relax so your tummy feels better.
You're in my thoughts and prayers!!

I am so sorry that you are having such a tough time right now. No wonder you tummy is in an uproar. Hopefully your grandmother and uncle are getting the best care in the hospital and will soon be better. What happened with your MIL?
Is your son on meds for his seizures? I know you must be worried about him. When my son & DIL were here for Easter she had another episode of head tremor....a really bad one. My son took her to the ER and they did some more tests but there doesn't seem to be anything major wrong, which I guess is a good thing. The only diagnosis is stress. She is under a lot of stress because of her family. The doc gave her Ativan and that does seem to be helping. No more episodes since then. I gotta tell you my tummy was turned upside down during that stressful time, too. Also, I took care of my grandaughter, who is a busy little beaver, while DIL was in the hospital and that completely wore me out.
I'm sending hugs and prayers your way hoping that everything will settle down and you will get to feeling better.
Keep us posted.
