We were officially trying- we started trying in January, so this was the fourth month of trying (and the first successful one, obviously).
And I haven't gotten the book yet- my friend just had a baby and she's going to loan me all of her books. I've read a bunch of them for free at Barnes and Noble, the one I'm most interested in is the one that shows you a picture of what it looks like every month.
I have to say, they're not kidding about the possible symptoms of pregnancy. Already not fun. 
I see you're having a tough time with your drugs though- that really sucks. I hope you get good news soon and feel better! (Or at least worse for a good reason).

I don't know about pro. I think I get more and more nervous with every baby. This one has already caused a lot of stresses that has been fun. We have a lot of decisions to make and not a lot of options. Maybe we are just making the whole thing complicated. We may have to get creative to find a place for this baby to sleep. I guess it's a good thing we have 7+ months left. Oh and speaking of physical changes, you should see me. I know this is #4 but I already look like I'm 12 weeks or more pg. I actually look pg and it scares me.
