stupid IBS!
My D has been coming back lately. I was basically C all winter and now I'm swinging wildly in the matter of a day. Yucky!!
I guess it really is time to get my $hit together again, eh? I don't know if it's the season or anxiety over all that happened in the last few weeks or what. ewither way, don't like it so mcuh.

know exactly how you feel...Im very d at the minute...its 1am and I cant go to bed cos I keep needing the toilet....tummy is sore today....I had my colonoscopy the other day though so tummy is still feeling it....plus have been eating lots of yummy chocolate....and am paying for it....ouch!!

I'm not having a good night either. I finally took a Librax...and I've only taken about 2 of them in the past 5 months. I only take it as an absolute last result.
Maybe it's the change in weather??

Sorry the D is hitting you. I hope it goes away soon. I had a nasty attack today but I did it to myself eating something I shouldn't have. At least I know where it came from. Feel better soon.
