I tried to find vitamin D in the HFS this weekend, and couldn't find it. Do they make Vitamin D alone?

D helps Calcium absorb, and I was prescribed this as well. I can buy it here at any drugstore, so you don't NEED to hit a HFS.
Anyhow, my doc put me on calcium to help with the SAD and it also helps you lose weight!! I'm hoping!!
My doc has me on 800 IU of Vitamin D and 1500 MG of Calcium. That's a rather high dose but I'm assuming a lot of us IBS ers miss out on both of those minerals/vitamins anyhow.
HTH!
