There's so many of you lately! Interesting...a year ago I was newly diagnosed too- maybe it's springtime that brings us here, LOL!
Anyhow, I'm doing a million times better than last spring, so take some of this site's advice-it just might work!

I'm a newbie so I didn't think anything of it. Thought there was just always tons of new people on the site?
I actually surfed the boards for about a year. When I finally decided to start following the diet & advice, I started doing well pretty quickly. This message board is wonderful!

I ahve made some wonderful friends here, and when my IBS acts up i know exactly how to whip it into shape again. Thank goodness. Much better than hospital visits!!
