My sleep study results and a note to Nelly....

My doc said my sleep study came back normal!! I can't believe that b/c I actually woke almost all the way up a couple of times and was aware enough to remember where I was and that I had wires stuck all over me and couldn't roll over. I did that at least 5-6 times and I remember kicking. So the docs are baffled why I don't feel refreshed and are sending me to a sleep disorder specialist.
NELLY: On a positive note THANK YOU!!!! for getting me to try the energy extract it really works. It isn't a magic cure but I certainly feel a difference. I have even got to the point where I have stopped using the provigil, it was giving me a migraine at the end of the day. The energy extract helps enough that I am not so lack of energy that I fall asleep at the wheel and they don't give me a migraine. YEAH!!!

How wonderful that the energy extract works for you!! I'm really, really pleased! I think Melissa mentioned a site that sells it cheap. I'll email her for it!
I'm so glad your test results came back fine! Don't fret about the sleep people not knowing what's wrong with your unrefreshed sleep; they've done their job and now you can get some other answers from somebody who better understands the condition... preferably someone who understands fibromyalgia~!
I'm sleeping much better since I've been taking baclofen at night. That's the other one I was showing you, it's not for sleep, but it does stop me from kicking myself awake and rolling over and over. I only take 1/2 a 20mg pill with a benedryl before bed and I've been sleeping like a log for a month. Don't know if it'll work forever, but I'll take it for now!

I ordered the energy extract from the link that you had posted once before. And they came in the mail pretty quick. I have been taking 3 a day for about 5 days now. And I feel the difference. Now if I could only get some sleep!!
My poor little one, Britney, was up all night puking like no lie every 15 -30 minutes non stop and then she had diarhea. OOOYY!! I am exhausted and she still doesn't feel good today. She is complaing that her tummy still hurts bad but she hasn't thrown up or had anymore D. I hope the rest of us don't get it!!
Anyway, if you know a site cheaper then the one you posted before let me know. I think it was $50 dollars for 90 capsules.
