It's 4:30 a.m. I've been wide awake almost all night, and I hurt all over! How is Fibro Myalgia diagnosed? This is insane! I need sleep!

The best list of symptoms I've found is here: Fibromyalgia symptoms.

I sugest printing it out and going through them. If you have fibro, you'll be surprised how many symptoms you tick off! I brought this list to my doctor, planning to thrust it in his face if he didn't believe me. Turns out, this particular doc didn't need convincing!

What you actually need to do to get a dx of Fibro is to have all the other possibilities ruled out...alot of the AI/rheumatic illnesses have symptoms that can be Fibro like. So you'll need a load of blood tests.
