hey guys...

as you know maybe, i'm a server. so i'm on my feet ALL shift. My lower back and arches KILL me. I know i need a better arch support (i have high arches) and i know my lower back is due to being front heavy, and my arches. So i'm going to check out the motherhood store, and see if they have maternity insoles, or ideas on to help me. and i'm going to get that belt thing to hold my belly a little better. any other ideas or thoughts??

Thanks guys!

My tummy was out a mile with my kids and I was a teacher on my feet all day, it really helped. HUGS and rest/put your feet up when you can.

Birkenstocks. Not cheap - but worth every penny. I had the same problem while pregnant. I was wearing old birkenstocks. I bought new ones and ALL the pain went away. Including in my back.

I agree with Hansolo,
Birkenstock shoes are terrific. I wear them all the time.
They are expensive. Check out HSN they carry them. I'm not plugging HSN either I just buy mine from there. You can get them at a more reasonable price.Hope this helps.
Good Luck

Terry
