Hey Shelby-- I saw this joke and, well, thought of myself. But I figured you'd appreciate it just as much. 
During a visit to a Mental Asylum, a visitor asked the
Director what the criterion was which defined whether
or not a patent should be institutionalized.
"Well" said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, then
we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the
patient & ask them to empty the bathtub."
"Oh I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person
would use the bucket because it's bigger than the
spoon or the teacup."
"No." said the Director, "A normal person would pull
the plug.

We've missed you too! How were your holidays? I hope splendid!
I'm doing ok...having surgery on Thursday...other than that hanging in. It's exploratory surgery so it isn't major but I am nervous...I hope it goes well without any complications! Thanks for asking...hope all is wel with you *hugs*

It's good to see you. I know what year end work can be cause that's what our office is doing right now, too. It's pretty hectic but hope it slows down soon. I'm too old for this. ha ha
