Me too - that's why I just usually buy it! LOL I'm so lazy, I love the shortcuts.

Talking about shortcuts - I actually suggested to Heather she go worldwide with a IBS food package.

I'm so useless in the kitchen that I usually opt for a microwave meal. If i knew how to cook - i'd take this business venture myself. Weight Watchers and all the supermarkets do it - I think Heather should do it too...

That way, I could be the biggest cheat of all, and let somebody else do the hard work, whilst I enjoy the benifits...

Hiya, finally checked this out - that's Rich I take it? I wondered where you'd got to!
Hope the others have given you some good insights, and I hope the info I gave you before was helpful.
Recently I've found that if my tummy is bad (and believe me, it is at the moment with my new job) I've been making some mashed potato and sweet potato, mashed with a bit of rice milk, and thai jasmine rice cooked with a chicken stock cube for flavour. If you can get a microwave rice cooker, they're about £8, it will do it for you without burning or sticking. Tastes really nice together and very plain ie easy to digest

Sorry everyone, turned into a bit of a cooking lesson there...I know, banish me to the recipe board!!

Hi sarah - I do remember you... I replied with an e-mail and you never responded... I didn't know what to think...

Life's still the same - but now I'm even more determined to make a difference - I just need encouragement when my self esteem goes.... lol

About your stress.... you never did try hypno... did you?
Hypno will ehlp you control anxiety such as stress from a new job... and many other mind related stresses... you should really give it a try.

Rich, I sent you a couple of really long emails - I'm annoyed they didn't get to you! Never mind, keep posting on the boards, otherwise email me direct again and I can check your email address.
Thanks for the advice about the hypno, I really should try it because I've been ok for so long then it's really unpredictable again at the mo. Have done lots of travelling about for lectures - Wolverhampton Science Park last few days! - so need to get back on track.

Hope you're ok at the moment,
