Thanks, Kate! I didn't get a chance to break in my new boots, but I spent the day playing with my new toys (new cell phone w/ camera and a Korg Triton Workstation keyboard!!!)!
Leftover teriyaki chicken and rice from my birthday lunch (I barely touched the salad - you know, LETTUCE!):
I tried taking a pic of me blushing - just for you - but instead of looking demure, I look tired. Insomnia and no makeup (except lip gloss) isn't good for a girl, er, woman of...29!!!

Yep, I'm just hanging out at home today, cleaning, writing, etc. It's my weekend.
