Thanks Tina, it's amazing, you'll see, you're so happy on your wedding day that you just smile all day long, none of it is forced, you just can't help it. It's such a wonderful day, it really is.

I loved the colours too ( I did choose them!) My sisters have very different skintone so very few colours worked on both of them, apart from burgundy (which has been the colour for 75% of the weddings that I have been to) and that shade of purple. So we went for the purple.
P didn't want to wear black so we went for navy blue for the boys and their waistcoats shone silver/lilac depending on what else was in the pic!
And yes  we really did have a wonderful day and being married is suiting us very well too!

Thanks Casey, it's one of my favourites too. I was dreading the whole photoshoot thing but in the end because our photographer was so relaxed so were we, our video footage shows us laughing our way through the whole thing. I don't even remember that pic being taken!

Brandy- nice to meet you, thanks for the nice comments
jen1013- we got tons of pics from relatives and friends too and some are great. Our photographer was guy around our age, a friend of a friend who is just starting out, he was so easy to deal with and had some great ideas.
Your pics sound hilarious. Some of my favourite wedding ones are the "candid" photojournalist type ones, I wish we had more of them.
As for the hair- thanks to all who commented- it took ages to decide what to do with it! In the end I got it curled with a GHD hair straightener and the front section pulled back sideways. I wore a veil briefly as the day was so windy it fell off going into the church, so I wish that I had had a prettier hairslide (which would have been hidden by the veil)
Thanks Nelly and Tommy- you have both met us in the flesh so know what a transformation it was!
