I looked through the threads and couldn't find one to fit what I would like to share with everyone. I mostly want to share my 10 year experience with what I thought was IBS, but now I know what it actually is. ALso wanted to share what a Dr prescribed and how wonderful it works! If you don't have IBS, your supplement wouldn't help us that have the problem.
