Hey guys,
You have a very special picture that means more to you than anything? If your house were to catch on fire, which picture would you grab off the wall as you fled?
This one would be the one I'd grab. Do you recognize me? I'm the little blonde girl that my beloved Daddy is holding in the lake. Next to me is my mother and my older brother. My younger brother is still inside my mother when this picture was taken in 1947. It was of much happier times for all of us. I thought I'd share it with you -- just to show you how cute I was!

What a gorgeous picture, you are super cute too! And you can see your face in your mom's face too.
The lake is so beautiful as well. Reminds me of pictures I have from my cabin across the border (in Pt. Roberts, if that rings any bells for anybody!).
I think a picture that I have of me and my sister when I was about 6 is a really special one that I'd want to grab on my way out, but I dunno where it is.. my Dad had is on his desk for YEARS. If I can find it, I'll post it.
I'll see if I can find any other precious memories on film that I can share, but I don't like to share other people's photos for their privacy so it's hard to find really good ones.

I agree with Stephie... you are definitely cute as a button! Tee hee!
As far as my pictures go, I got smart. When I left ex #1, he destroyed my entire box of photos, something I hadn't thought to grab when I threw together a bag of the basics and ran for my life. *That* was absolutely devastating. As soon as I got a digital camera, I started archiving pictures from that point on. I upload all of my pictures to a print-making site, AND I back them on CD, so that if something ever happens, I can replace the best of them.
That said, these are the few pictures I have that I wouldn't be able to get a reprint of, so I'd have to say that I'd grab these two over the others:
My friend Angela and I from 2001, when I was living near D.C. and she visited me. Terrorists prevented her from flying home - yes, terrible timing - but right at this moment, we were just enjoying ourselves being tourists. (We were in front of a piece of the Berlin Wall, btw.)
This is the only picture I have with my beloved Grandpa. I think this was in 1992.

I have so many pictures that are important to me but if I had to pick out only one it would have to be this one of me & my Daddy (now passed away) going to the Rodeo. Whadda ya think of my cowgirl getup but most importantly, isn't my Daddy handsome? Excuse the quality because I took a pic of a pic.

I would grab the photo album my mom made me of all my childhood pictures. It's PRICELESS. There's a wonderful one in there on me sitting on my mom's lap and we have our arms wrapped tighly around each other and we both have huge smiles. It's so cute!
I would also grab my favorite pic of Tommy too!

I think pictures are the best thing in the world! I would probably grab my wedding picture off the wall, my picture with my papa before he passed away, and Noah's baby album. I actually would probably have to be dragged from the house because I would be in there trying to save them all!!
