It is overwhelming. I just want to ask one question for now before I dive in too deep. "I have hypothyroid and taking Armour Thyroid. Alot of the foods recommended for IBS contradict, or so I am lead to believe, hypothyroid. Do you or Heather have any suggestions for me?" Thank you.
