Well, so far so good! I seem to feel better earlier in the day and get more nausea and such later in the day. I'm having the "pinchy" implantation cramps on and off still which is a good thing as far as I've been told. I've been trying to take it easy, I did walk around the mall for a while on Saturday and have lunch with a girlfriend but than came home and laid on the couch the rest of the night! Went out to breakfast and to Costco on Sunday and napped on and off! I had a terribly stuffy nose and a headache last night but I slept a lot and took a nice hot shower this morning and feel ok now!
So, this baby seems to like peanutbutter!! When I first get out of bed in the morning, I'm dizzy so I eat a spoon of peanut butter right out of the jar and feel better! I'll scoope a spoon out a few times a day and its just really yummy to me right now! Odd, because I've never been much of a peanutbutter eater in the past!! LOL!! I usually have a big sweet tooth but sugary things don't settle well right now and I was actually craving PEAS last night, of all things!
My boobs are very sore and seem to be growing!! I'm very small chested so the prospect of having boobs for once is kind of fun! I tend to be dizzy most of the time and the nausea comes and goes. I get very tired easily but overall I feel pretty good! Just as a little reasurrance this weekend, I peed on a pregnancy test stick and the test line was nice and dark! I haven't had any bleeding at all so I'm still thinking positive and I'm getting very excited!!! I will go in Wednesday for a blood test to check my beta but I won't get the results until Thursday. Next week Wednesday will be the ultrasound. I will be 6.3 weeks and hopefully I'll get the see the baby's heartbeating! Will even seems to be happy and is talking baby things more now and has been really helping me out a lot around the house and making sure I'm comfortable! Stick Baby Stick!!!

I'm glad you're still positive and upbeat!! It's probably very hard for you to not completely analyze everything you feel throughout the day, I know I would. Even now, every twinge in my abdomen area makes me wonder if my IBS is acting up. I just tell people I am very in tune with my body, ha ha. But so far, so good right?? Got my fingers crossed for ya!

Oh boy, I was trying to be healthy and eat an apple, which was very yummy! But then I felt like I had a piece of the skin inbetween my front teeth and when I looked in the mirror, I saw a rather big dark spot so got out the dental floss. Well, its not apple peel, its chipped! My front teeth are kind of prominant and its right inbetween them, not on the bottom edge or anything! It really looks like I have a big wedge of food stuck there but its sharp and definitely chipped!
I called my dentist and he won't numb me or do any x-rays or anything else like that since I'm high risk pregnancy until after the 1st trimester. He thought he might be able to fill it in with something for the time being as I don't think there is a cavity or anything else there. I sure hope he can do something because I feel like I look like a hillbilly!

but my boobs hurt really bad too...my fiance thinks i'm just saying it...but the nipples hurt really really bad...even just putting my bra on or taking it off hurts when it slides off...(i hope thats not too graphic....haha) but my fiance doens't understand how i can be so sore, because my pain tollerance is usually high...but now it's soooo low...anyway...he's having sympathy nipple pain now...hahah!! i cracked up because he's pregnant too!!

Michele- I am so glad to hear that you are still feeling bad! LOL Actually I am glad you are being positive right now. That is good for you and your little bean!
As for the tooth I'll ask Mark tonight if there is anything to do about it. Maybe he might have some suggestions. If your dentist can't help you then maybe you might have to drive down here for Mark to see you!!

I'm thrilled. Don't be surprised if you see a teensy bit of spotting - implantation can do that although I'm sure you're aware of that. Add soda crackers to the PB. It adds more salt and can really help settle your tummy! I laughed because when I was pg that's what I ate too! Soda crackers and pb.!!! It's a nice blend of salty/sweet. Maybe that's it. As for the boobs - keep them well covered from the cold. Don't ask. Just do, OK? I speak from experience. Thinking sticky thoughts your way! Hugs, Alicia.

I don't want to hog up board space and reply to everyone but wanted to be sure to thank everyone for the continued support!! You guys have been so great to me!!!!
The dentist was able to slap a temporary type filling between my teeth, he had to drill just a bit but it didn't really hurt at all. The smell about made me puke though! You can't really tell where it chipped now and it doesn't hurt so thats good! He said I have an old filling there that needs to be replaced but to wait until after the first trimester. Then, he will numb it with something that won't speed up the baby's heartbeat. THe only draw back will be that the numbing stuff will wear off quickly so he will have to work fast and of course, no gas for me! Yikes!
I swear my boobs are growing bigger everyday!!! My hubby watched me get undressed last night and he asked me where I got those and ponited to my chest!! I've got the porn start nipples going on and they just won't quit! I'm going to have to go out and by a new bra this weekend! I've been having to wear little camisoles over my bra and under my shirt to keep my highbeams from showing!!!!
Yep, this baby is definitely craving different foods than I'm used to eating. I usually have oatmeal for breakfast and even added a few strawberries (mmm, my favorite) and vanilla rice milk to it this morning and could only gag a few bites down! Baby doesn't like oatmeal! Guess what I ended up eating? Yep, two spoonfuls of peanutbutter!! LOL!! This kid is going to be made up of 3/4 peanutbutter!!! Well, the good thing is peanut butter is STICKY so hopefully all the peanutbutter I'm eating will help glue this one in there!!

Michele, I'm so happy for you. Now you be a good Mommy and eat your crackers and take good care of yourself. Now is the time for some pampering. Ever considered a pedicure as a little treat? Or a nice sweater to go with your new bra? BTW - the best maternity/nursing bras I ever had were by BRAVADO! They are incredibly soft but incredibly supportive. They are a bit on the expensive side but well worth it. There is NOTHING worse than a crappy bra when you're pregnant/nursing. Besides, it'll do double duty. You deserve it. Stick, baby stick! Hugs, Alicia.

I LOVe pedicures, I usually treat myself a couple of times a year! I've actually been very kind to myself lately, I've been buying new MAC make-up that I LOVE, I got my hair cut, I had my eyebrows waxed and my girlfriend and I have an appt this Saturday for a MAC make-up makeover at the mall! I figure while we are at the mall, I'll try some new bra's on. My mom said she went up THREE cups sizes when she was pregnant with me!!! I don't know if I should spen the money on an actually nursing bra right now or just a good, support bra in the next size up? I'm SO small chested, barely an A so don't really know how much to expect them to grow?

I would go for a nice soft flexible C cup. Go for a stretchy fabric - not a solid one. That way, it will be able to "grow" with you a bit. Either cotton/nylon/whatever. The maternity/nursing bras you usually buy in your regular size (a cup) and they take into account the growing you experience. Same with maternity clothes. If you're a medium size regularly, you buy a medium size maternity.

How so very very very exciting Michele!!!!!! Keep it up baby!!!!
PS - I started out as a 32A, and once my boobs started growing I moved to about a 38B... Now that I'm so close, I've notived even more growth, and I've been told that a day or two after the birth they'll get even bigger. I kept buying cheap bras as I grew... but the one thing I did buy that I'm so thankful for is an extender, which attaches to the back. I went through a lot of in-between chest sizes and the extender made it much more comfortable. I found it at Motherhood and it's pretty reasonably priced (less than $2.00 I think). One more thing... I was told by a friend that the snapping nursing bras work much much easier than the ones that hook.

So, I went out to victoria secret last night with my girlfriend and had them measure me and all that jazz! I went from a 36A to a 38B!!! I tried on a bunch of different ones but ended up getting the body by victoria style. I got one in the demi cup for lower cut shirts and one of the fuller coverage ones. I can't believe the difference! Will was hysterically laughing at me this morning because I kept putting my hands on my hips and sticking my chest out!! HEHEHE I LIKE having boobies!!!
I figured I'd just get the two for now and see what happens in the next couple of months. I do have a little room in them to grow but if I had to buy another bigger size, I wouldn't complain!! Will keeps asking if we get to "keep them!"
So, I'm just on cloud nine today! I have on a snugger fitting green tank and sweater set that shows off my new "assests!" I have on some new MAC eyeshadow that looks fabulous! I slept for 10 hours last night and gagged brushing my teeth this morning!! I've actually lost 2 pounds, despite all the peanutbutter! Don't worry, I have PLENTY to spare as I'm going into this already a good 30 pounds over weight. I actually seem to feel better in the morning and get "sicker" as the day goes on! So much for "morning" sickness!!
My girlfried and I stopped into Motherhood last night while at the Mall and they have the CUTEST maternity clothes!! I can't wait to actually NEED them!! I didn't buy anything yet as I don't want to jinx it but I just HAD to look!!
I can't wait for the ultrasound next week!!!! I'll feel much more confident about this pregnancy once we actually see the heartbeat. We know that with my second loss, there was probably a heartbeat for a couple of days but we've never actually been able to see it on ultrasound so its going to be so exciting for us!
Thank you all for letting me share this wonderful time with you and I hope my booby talk isn't offending anyone. I figure you all know my sex schedule and bowel habits, whats a little talk about boobs??!! You're all very special to me and your continued support means so much!!

Yay for boobies...I went from a 34A to a 36B when I put on the extra weight with being sick from fibro and I do not mind a bit! I like having boobies too.
Heck, I'VE looked at maternity clothes! They have some really cute stuff these days. I'm surprised no-one's made an IBS range of clothes cos styles that minimise the look of a big belly AND accomodate changing clothes sizes would go down great.
Have fun honey! This is so cool!

Mine got bigger once on a strange birth control pill, and for a month I was huge. My husband noticed immediately. And say what you want about guys (even nice ones) not being superficial, but my husband doesn't fail to complement my boobs each day in some way. They are the perfect size, or very nice, or he wants to rub them. he says this to my face!! So enjoy them!! Nothing like being pregnant to make you feel more womanly than ever.....

Oh my, you guys are funny!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who can appriciate having a little boob for once!
I haven't actually tried on any of the maternity pants yet. That elastic is either going to be REALLY comfortbale or REALLY UNcomfortbale, just not sure which yet! I know with my IBS, I hate anything with elastic in the waist but luckily, my IBs has been behaving pretty good! I'm a bit more gassy, even more so than normal, but I think being pregnant has something to do with that! And I'm burping like a champ!! I don't even have to eat or drink anything and I burp! Definitely strange things going on in my body! YAY!!!

Anyways.. I was an A all my life.. but now i'm a full B. I'm talking toppling over B. Not that that is huge, but its definitly nice. My mom saw me in a bikini this summer and accused me of a boob job. hahaha

Yep, my sickness was always the worst at night! Starting around 5 pm and lasting all night. Maybe after you US and first check up they can give you some antinausea meds. I took Phenergan (sp?) Loved that stuff. It didn't take it a way just made it more managable. I had to take the stuff my entire pregnancie.
Good thing picking up that lotion. Also palmers has one especially for pregnancie. I think its just called palmers cocoa butter stretch mark cream. Works good and the smell isn't too bad on that one. I think it mild compared to the original palmers cocoa butter lotion.
Also, I did get my maternity from Old Navy. I like their stuff better than motherhood. Motherhood has cute stuff, but their return policy SUCKS!!! Old Navy online is great too. They have 5$ shipping and they pay for returns on maternity items. You can also return to the store as well.
Well I hope you continue to take it easy! Enjoy this time....it goes so fast. I miss being PG....WEIRD huh??!!!! But love having my little girl.
I'm so happy for you Michele!!! Have a great weekend!

I promised myself I wouldn't buy any maternity clothes until I was 8 weeks but my pants are already getting snug. I think its mostly bloating and because I'm a bit C right now! Definitely going to check out Old Navy though!
