I am making garlic mashed potatoes with chicken broth and some ICBINB.

It's 4:15 now, dinner is in about and hour and a half. Mmmm, turkey.

Hope all of you had a great THanksgiving...I didn't do anything (not a big fan fan of turkey anyways) but it was nice to have my bf off for the weekend (first weekend in 6 months I think)

It is like cheesecake, but made completely dairy and everything free. I really, really don't like pumpkin stuff so I was like, "Uh...." but I had to try some because they bought it just for me (as I can't have any of the other deserts, obviously) and OH MY GOD, it was AMAZING!! It tastes exactly like real cheesecake. The company does regular New York cheesecake (Chi(or chee, I dunno)) with different fruit toppings, this pumpkin one and a chocolate hazelnut (which I am allergic to) one and they are all apparently amazing.
Mmm, if you can find this anywhere, you MUST try it! It will change your life!! Or at least, your take on IBS-safe deserts!!
