I am moving to Toronto in 2 weeks!! I need help knowing where to buy certain items, namely flax seed, and TVP.

You can buy flax seed at most health food stores here...I'm sorry I don't know what TVP is.
Where in Toronto are you moving to and perhaps I can suggest some stores that are close to you.

Actually, I am not sure where I am moving! I have recently got a job on Bloor West, and would appreciate it if you could tell me good neighbourhoods in which to live. What is Little Italy like, or Bloor Village? Thanks for any help!

Hi Krista  I'm not in Toronto but in London ON, but I know that you can buy TVP at BULK BARN, and those things seem to be everywhere (usually in malls) HTH!
