No need to worry excessively--she's really busy being Ruchie.

please don't worry about me

Kate told me y'all were worried. You guys are soooooo sweet!!! *hugs* I just have my plate SO full

I'm trying to get my life together. Going to OA meetings to face my addiction. It is the month before Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, lots of preperations! PLUS i was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis which means another NEW WAY OF EATING , lot of pain a lot of the time, and another diagnosis to add to the kettle...

Hubby said the sweetest thing yesterday: What has been missing from our marriage...is ME! So I know all the hard work I am putting in is WORTH IT!

I am working on bipolar, OCD, anxiety, sexual abuse issues/PTSD, my addiction......I am just SO BUSY trying to get through the day!

In OA I have a TON of meetings to go to, reading/literature to read...it's HARD WORK! Not to mention all the self-changes I am going through, therapy twice a week. AND every other week we up the tegretol (bipolar med) and I get sick again...

I prob won't be on much...but NOT because I don't want to be....no WAY!

I miss you all and love you soooooo much *hugs* I will be lurking for now...and posting when I can!

Love,

Ruch

Thanks for checking in! You do soud like a busy lady...but it's all things that are going to help you live a better quality of life. I admire you for allowing yourself to get the help you so deserve. I need to take a lesson from you, my dear.

Keep in touch, when you can.

BTW, what is interstitial cystitis? What symptoms were you having? I hope you are able to coordinate with the diet you found helpful for your IBS. I have no idea what the diet for IC is....

Take care, and keep up your hard work. It will all be worth it!!!!
