I think what I'll do when I get back to teaching (sometime this Sept) when I have time to myself again(it does NOT happen while I'm off and DH works nights, let me tell ya.) is I will do morning yoga and just really get into the zone. I don't know if I'm quite at hypno.

I was stable and I know I can get there again.Dangit!

My DH is like "I don't wanna hear about it!!" but as if he's not used to the announcements of "I'm so C" or I'm not C anymore, and then an hour later "I'm so D!" LOL!

Yeah, me too. After my last atack I went 6 dys without going. I felt like a hot air balloon. I finally got my digestive advantage (I was out of it for a couple of weeks) and was very happy this morning.

OH, you were away ... apparently the Dr. had the wrong report or something because when the nurse here had the reports faxed over they were fine. I read it myself. The nurse called the doctor and he said I didn't need a GF diet at all. GRRRRRR...
Well, at least I know I could have done it if I had to. Glad I don't though.

I have been through years of being a D, but trust me now that I am a C(although getting better) I would rather have D everyday! Now I feel like literally sometimes I have 20 lbs of Poo in me!! NOT a good feeling.
